Smart Access - Granting Edit Mode Rights to other Users

Edit Mode within Beam allows for directors to share permission to upload new songs, assign or edit parts, and edit Global Annotations.

To enable Edit Mode:

• Tap on the Home button while on the home screen at the top left

• Tap 'Settings' and then 'Smart Access'

• Toggle on Edit Mode and assign those that you want to have this functionality by tapping 'Invitees' and selecting either individuals or entire groups of users based on their assigned role. Edit Mode can be turned on or off at any point by a director.
